•  COMPANY SCOPE

The scope of the Company activities is to provide recruitment services for ships

through its exclusive office , acting as Manning Agent , in compliance with the

regulation 1.4 of MLC 2006. These services encompass activities related to the

recruitment and selection of marine personnel in accordance with the

international and national laws and regulations and customers' requirements.

b. International Regulations:

• Maritime Labour Convention, 2006 (regulation 1.4)

• STCW 95, as amended

• ISM Code, Section 6 (as applicable).

c. National Rules and Regulations (Egyptian Law)

d. Several Flag Administration Requirements regarding the Seafarers Certification.
