The following policy statement has been established by Diomar

approved and adopted by the management of the Company and

reviewed for continuing suitability :

The Policy of Diomar is to provide controlled and continually

improving services to International Marine Industries in support of

our mission , based on providing an unbiased personal service to

each client and being responsive to their individual requirements.

The Mission of Diomar is to satisfy the needs of its clients,

continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management

system within the wider spectrum of enhancing the safety of life

and property and protecting the environment through the provision

of competent, experienced, qualified, certified and medically fit

seafarers in accordance with national and international requirements

and in full compliance with MLC 2006 requirements.

Diomar ensures, with due regard to the right to privacy and the need

to protect confidentiality, that the seafarers' qualifications, record of

employment, personal data relevant to employment and medical data

relevant to employment are maintained in confidential manner.
